Do I need a ticket to attend this event? Yes! Just like an in-person event, we are asking all guests to RSVP so you can stay informed with event information. RSVP by selecting a Virtual Event Ticket.

How much does it cost to attend this event? This event is FREE! However, guests can choose to financially support CHAP by participating in our online auction and bid on the amazing packages we have, or making a gift online before, during, or after the event. 

How does the online auction work? The entire auction will be done online this year. The online auction will open at 8 a.m. on Thursday, October 22, and will close at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 29. Once the auction begins, you will be able to view each auction package and bid as often and as much as you'd like. If you don't want to bid on items but still want to support CHAP, you will also be able to make donations before and during the event through the online auction website. 

What will the program be like during the virtual event? The livestream program, brought to you livefrom the CHAP art studio in Sellwood, will be a celebration of our community and it will be an opportunity for you to support CHAP during this critical time. We will celebrate our sponsors and share a powerful message of our impact. Our event host, Johnna Wells, will showcase great auction packages for you to bid on and a special appeal you can donate to during the live broadcast.

How can I purchase an auction item or donate to CHAP?

1.     Register for online bidding (URL to be shared when available)

2.     Participate in the online auction starting Thursday, October 22, 2020 and bid on creative auction packages.

3.     Join us for the virtual event on Thursday, October 29 at 7 p.m. when you can give a donation in the special appeal during live broadcast.

If I win an online auction package, how do I pick-up that package? If you win an auction package, we will designate an auction pick-up day at the CHAP studio at a later date. Auction winners, should pick-up not be advisable, please reach out to info@chappdx.org or 503-243-5294 to make arrangements for pick up or delivery.
